Located in the heart of Washington state, in Beautiful Ellensburg, we at Adora Labradors sstrive to breed the finest labrador retrievers. We carefully hand pick each mate for our labradors to produce show quality labs that also have an excellent temperament that will fit in with any household.

Ellensburg, WA provides a wonderful backdrop for our breeding program here at Adora Labs. Our Ellensburg farm provides us a great oppertunity to monitor and assess each dogs interaction with the enviornment including children, pets, livestock, and etc. We use these assessments to help place each Adora Labrador Puppy with the perfect home and to further our breeding program to produce the perfect show and/or family pet labrador.

We have always had dog’s in our life. Our first dog was a beautiful but, temperamental Chesapeake Bay Retriever. After Jasper left us, we tried other breds from Cocker Spaniels to Springer Spaniels. None were quite what we wanted as companion, and Bruce had always wanted a Labrador Retriever. We found our first Labrador Retriever Smokey by doing research, and being at the right place at the right time.

We were blessed with the most awesome black boy Skyfire Sofa King Smokey Moe. Thank you again, John and Stephanie Harris (Skyfire Labradors) for allowing him to become a member of our family. Since then, the Labrador Retriever has become our passion.   

Located in Ellensburg, Washington, we are proud of our small family kennel. We strive for an all around Labrador, wonderful temperaments for the family, working ability for the field and beauty for the show ring. All of our Labs are OFA'd showing clear hips and elbows, their eyes are cleared through CERF annually and are OptiGen tested.

Our goal is to produce a sound Labrador with an outstanding temperament, who has a natural retrieving ability, who is highly intelligent and who can competitively compete in the show ring. We are dedicated to the welfare, health and happiness of this wonderful breed.
